Policy advisory work

Mick Dumper continues to be involved in the Jerusalem Old City Initiative which is looking at the possibility of third party intervention in the future administration of the Old City of Jerusalem. The Initiative involves discussions with Israeli and Palestinian advisors to the peace process. The findings and data collected through the Conflict in Cities project have proven to be a useful basis upon which to evaluate some of the scenarios and options put forward, not least the undesirability of creating new impermeable divisions in the city.
