CONFLICT IN CITIES
Architecture and Urban Order in Divided Jerusalem
The project's investigations into Jerusalem's periphery focus on sites in the north and south of the city. The north site examines the relationship between the Palestinian village of Isawiyya, and the Israeli suburb of French Hill, focusing on the entrances to Isawiyya, playgrounds in the two areas, the French Hill post office, and the French Hill traffic junction going north to West Bank settlements.
